The S3‘s come in four tiers of support: 1-month, 3-months, 6-months and 12-months. Each SubscriptionSupport Service includes support for the “Deliverables” purchased with the “Comprehensive” or “Essential”Services Package.

  • Up to 2 Edited Project Lifecycles
  • Priority email & monthly check-ins (phone and/or live-meetings)
  • Up to 2 rounds of revisions per report
  • Ongoing monitoring
  • Optional survey redesign mid-cycle

6-Month Subscription Support Service Package

Best for: Multiple Surveys and multi-phase research

  • Up to 2 research projects or continuous data cycles
  • Priority support
  • Up to 4 rounds of revisions (within the scope and project lifecycle agreed upon)
  • Insight reports (3 insight reports)
  • Research optimization consultation with interim insight reports
  • Email (unlimited), Phone (unlimited) and Live, Video Meeting Support (as needed)

12-Month Subscription Support Service Package

Best for: Annual planning, ongoing survey research, quarterly surveys or institutional support

  • Up to 4 research projects or continuous data cycles
  • Dedicated research consultant with priority access and unlimited project guidance (within scope)
  • Unlimited revisions
  • Pulse surveys (2-4 per scope)
  • Insight Reports & Executive Summaries
  • Exclusive quarterly strategy sessions/customized workshops (within scope and as needed)
